We Are Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance

Location: Adibatla, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Qualification: MBA – Finance preferred
Employment: Full time

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional with hands-on knowledge of SAP, Accounts Receivable, GST/TDS, reconciliations, invoicing and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting of incoming payments, manual JVs, adjustment entries, payroll JVs and statutory payments in SAP.
Manage Accounts Receivable, AR ageing, customer outstanding follow-ups, collection reports and customer ledger reconciliations.
Prepare TDS workings, payment entries and quarterly filing data.
Handle GST activities, including GSTR-1 workings and GSTR-2B reconciliation with books.
Verify and account AP bills, import invoices, credit card transactions and fixed expenses.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and other account reconciliations.
Generate sales/service invoices, credit notes,



IRNs and E-Way Bills.
Handle accounting and invoicing related to SEZ/NSEZ and DTA transactions.
Create GLs, vendors, customer ledgers and work orders in SAP as required.
Prepare weekly/monthly Finance MIS, collection and outstanding reports and coordinate with Sales/customers for payment-related matters.

Candidates should have positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
