Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
