Generate recent business prospects through Upwork and other online platforms.
Identify and target potential international clients for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client communication, requirement gathering, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and regular reporting.
Achieve assigned lead generation, proposal, conversion, and revenue targets. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in IT Business Development / International Sales.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and/or Web Development services.
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Solid negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
