We are hiring a BIM Modeler for our company. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models based on project requirements and client standards.
Responsibilities:
Create and develop BIM models using relevant software
Coordinate with design and project teams
Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings/models
Update models based on project changes and feedback
Maintain project documentation and standards
Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP Coordination and BIM projects.
Robust knowledge of MEP system including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
Ability to review and coordinate MEP shop drawings and construction documents.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, project coordination and construction processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills with consultants, contracts, and project teams.
Immediate joiners prefered.
