We’re looking for a friendly and professional team member to join our Front Office. As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-in/out efficiently
Assist with guest requests and coordinate with other departments
Handle calls, reservations and provide accurate information
What We’re Looking For
Robust communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and qualified grooming
Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
