Position: AVP – Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding & Billing

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Healthcare RCM leader who can take complete ownership of building and scaling our US Healthcare RCM business. This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who can come into a startup environment, understand the business from the ground up, and build the team, processes, technology and client delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities
Own and build the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding & Billing business.
Bring robust, practical knowledge of Medical Coding, Billing, AR, Denial Management, Payment Posting and complete RCM operations.
Understand client requirements, translate them into process, technology, manpower and operational requirements, and drive implementation.
Design SOPs, workflows, KPIs, SLAs, quality and productivity frameworks.
Build and manage the recruitment, training, operations and quality teams required for the business.




Work closely with technology teams to identify and implement RCM tools, automation and AI-led solutions.
Participate in client discussions, solutioning, transitions, onboarding and ongoing delivery.
Build the RCM vertical from zero to scale, with complete P&L; and operational ownership.

Ideal Candidate
10–15 years of robust experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding / Medical Billing.
Should have hands-on experience in building, transitioning and managing RCM processes.
Robust understanding of US healthcare workflows, client expectations and operational metrics.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and client-facing skills.
Startup mindset: willing to roll up sleeves, build processes and teams, and work hands-on rather than operate only at a strategic level.
Someone who can function as a “mini CEO” of the RCM vertical and independently build the business.
