Confirm every piece goes live on the creator's own channel first, then evaluate it against that channel's own historical performance — not a generic external benchmark.
Flag standout content for wider paid promotion, and work with our creative team to get it reformatted into Shorts/vertical cuts within days.
Partner with our paid social team to give robust YouTube content a second life as paid amplification
Report weekly on views, watch time, and search-rank movement — your numbers are what renewal and budget calls get made on
Pitch in on broader influencer-team work during high-volume weeks — your evaluation cycle runs on its own clock,
