Job Summary

The Automobile Spare Parts Operations Manager is responsible for managing the complete spare parts operation, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, sales, distribution, and customer service. The role ensures the availability of the right parts at the right time while maintaining optimum inventory levels, controlling costs, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile spare parts department.
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular physical stock checks and cycle counts.
Manage warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, issuing, and dispatch activities.
Supervise parts sales to workshops, retail customers, fleet customers, and other business accounts.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Monitor sales performance,



gross margins, purchasing costs, and departmental profitability.
Handle customer complaints, parts returns, warranty claims, and discrepancies efficiently.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, pricing, and quality.
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate spare parts sales, warehouse, and inventory staff.
Support management in developing annual budgets, sales forecasts, inventory plans, and business strategies.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualifications

10 years above of relevant experience in automobile spare parts operations,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
