We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing therapy for children with speech, language, communication, and related developmental difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments for children.
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
Work on speech clarity, language development, communication skills, and social communication.
Maintain therapy records and track each child's progress.
Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers regarding progress and home-based activities.
Collaborate with other therapists and professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Create a positive,
safe, and child-friendly therapy environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing.
Relevant qualified certification/registration as applicable.
Experience working with children is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and child-friendly approach.
Freshers with the required qualification may also apply.
