We are looking for a responsible, patient, and quick-learning Client Success & Product Support Executive to manage day-to-day communication with our software clients.
The role involves customer on boarding, software training, handling support queries, collecting client requirements and issues, coordinating with the development team, and ensuring that customer concerns are properly followed up and resolved.
This is mainly a client communication, software support, coordination, and documentation role. Coding experience is not required.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
