Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Transport employees, clients, documents, and materials as assigned.
Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
Conduct basic daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tires, oil, brakes, and lights.
Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Report vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, and vehicle-related expenses.
Plan routes efficiently and use GPS/navigation when required.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or materials when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and skilled conduct while dealing with company staff and clients.
Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Valid and appropriate driving license.
Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of local roads and routes.




Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, trustworthy, and disciplined.
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Physically fit and capable of handling routine vehicle-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a corporate, executive, personal, or commercial driver.
Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
