Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage paid campaigns and drive measurable business results through data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and campaign performance.
Conduct audience research and campaign optimization.
Prepare performance reports and identify growth prospects.
Requirements:
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
