About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operations Executive to support our growing presence across multiple online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, product catalogs, Excel, and e-commerce operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth product listings, catalog maintenance, and day-to-day marketplace operations while learning the end-to-end functioning of leading e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces.
Maintain product catalogs and update listing information.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets (Case Logs).
Resolve listing errors, PMRs, and catalog-related issues.
Upload pricing, discounts, and promotional offers as instructed.
Maintain marketplace reports, trackers, and documentation.




Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and catalog updates.
Ensure marketplace listings comply with platform guidelines.

Skills Required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Solid attention to detail.
Good written communication skills.
Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
Comfortable working with multiple portals simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with robust Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
