Naxose Hypermarkets is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to manage the receiving of goods at our hypermarket store. This is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and quality-controlled receipt of all incoming stock.
Key Responsibilities
Receive deliveries from suppliers and transporters
Verify quantity, quality, and condition of goods against purchase orders and invoices
Unload vehicles and ensure proper handling of products (including perishables)
Record receipts accurately in the system and update inventory records
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately
Coordinate with store departments and warehouse team for timely put-away of stock
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area
Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures during receiving operations
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in goods receiving, warehouse,
or stock handling in a supermarket, hypermarket, or retail warehouse preferred (freshers with robust physical fitness and attention to detail may also be considered)
Physically fit and capable of handling manual work including lifting and unloading
Basic knowledge of inventory processes and documentation
Ability to work accurately under pressure and during peak delivery hours
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in shifts including early mornings
Basic computer knowledge preferred
