Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Communicate with customers in Kannada and English.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Kannada.
Basic to valuable English communication skills.
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 12th qualification; graduates preferred.
