We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the sales team in our showroom. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, supporting product arrangements and helping the team achieve store targets.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with their requirements.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Support Sales Executives in customer handling and sales activities.
Provide information about products, sizes, colours and availability.
Maintain proper arrangement of products on the sales floor.
Ensure the showroom is clean and presentable.
Support billing, packing and other store activities when required.
Help maintain proper product displays as per company standards.
Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the Store Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Plus Two qualification.
Freshers can apply. Retail or apparel sales experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Friendly and positive approach towards customers.
Basic computer knowledge skills required
