Key Responsibilities
Operate Polar cutting, printing, and coating machines as per production requirements.
Set and adjust machine parameters according to job specifications.
Carry out paper cutting, printing, and coating operations as per required standards.
Check material size, alignment, print quality, coating quality, and overall appearance.
Ensure accurate production with minimum material wastage.
Monitor machine performance during production and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks.
Maintain production records, including output, wastage, and rejection.
Handle and stack finished material properly to avoid damage.
Follow quality standards, work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
