We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with solid knowledge of Import & Export accounting, GST, TDS, and manufacturing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Manage Import & Export related accounting and documentation.
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and verify purchase, sales, import/export, and journal entries.
Manage vendor/customer ledger, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
Coordinate with banks, CHA, vendors, customers, and internal departments for import/export transactions.
Prepare monthly closing reports, MIS reports, and other management reports.
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
Support audits and provide required financial documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Import & Export accounting.
Robust working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in manufacturing companies handling Import & Export transactions will be preferred.
