Job Description: Business Development Intern– Recruitment, Staffing & Executive Search (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting business growth for our Recruitment, Staffing, and Executive Search services. This role offers excellent learning opportunities in B2B sales, client acquisition, and talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online research.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
Understand client hiring requirements and introduce suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update and manage leads in CRM or internal databases.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and internet research is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Commerce, or any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment is an added advantage.
