Job Title: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to manage customer interactions at the project site, provide a welcoming experience to visitors, and support smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and professionally assist customers, channel partners, and visitors at the project site.
Manage customer visits, site tours, registrations, and basic visitor records.
Provide accurate information about the project, amenities, specifications, and available facilities.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Site, and Admin teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor databases, daily walk-in reports, and customer interaction records.
Coordinate meeting schedules and assist the sales team during customer visits.
Ensure the sales office, sample flat, reception, and customer areas are clean, organized, and presentable.




Manage refreshments and hospitality arrangements for customers and visitors.
Support events, site visits, customer meetings, and project launches.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant inputs with the management.
Assist with basic administrative activities and documentation at the site as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Real Estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with skilled grooming and etiquette.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Strong customer-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to work at a real estate project site.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes will be an added advantage.
