Develop and implement safety policies and procedures as per company and legal requirements
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
Ensure all workers follow safety rules and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Factory Act, Labour Laws, etc.)
Coordinate with project managers and supervisors for safety improvements
Monitor work permits (hot work, height work, confined space, etc.)
Conduct risk assessments and suggest preventive measures
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,568.25 per month
