Job Description
Maintain all project documentation, correspondence and digital records.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project trackers and document registers.
Compile tender documents, proposals and presentations.
Coordinate meetings with Government departments, consultants and vendors.
Maintain follow-up registers and action trackers.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Assist in preparing letters, reports and official correspondence.
Provide administrative and documentation support to the Regional Manager and Assistant Regional Manager.
Ensure systematic filing and retrieval of project records.
Qualification & Skills Required
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce or Management preferred).
1–3 years' experience in project coordination, documentation or office administration.
Positive drafting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Robust organizational and record management skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
