We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring learners, and contributing to placement success and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions as per the batch schedules and organizational requirements.
Handle and complete the full syllabus of RedTeam courses, including ADCD, CPT, CICSA, CRTA, CEH, CompTIA Security+, Pentest+, CySA+, and CHFI.
Ensure all batches are completed within the defined course duration without compromising training quality.
Maintain training standards through structured delivery, practical sessions, and real-time project guidance.
Monitor and improve learner performance, including pass rates, placements, and feedback scores.
Provide interview preparation support, including mock interviews and career guidance.
Maintain accurate records such as course diary, attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and technical sessions in colleges and events (e.g., RedTeam Security Summit).
Actively contribute to the Research & Development (R&D;) team by exploring and implementing new cybersecurity trends.




Continuously upgrade knowledge and adapt to emerging tools, technologies, and threat landscapes.
Support pre-sales and awareness sessions by explaining cybersecurity concepts and course offerings to prospective learners.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve training delivery, curriculum, and learner engagement.

Training quality and feedback ratings
Project completion and practical skill development
Interview readiness of learners
Batch completion efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Cyber Security training or relevant industry experience
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as Ethical Hacking, Network Security, SOC, Pentesting, and Digital Forensics
Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, Security+, CySA+, OSCP, CHFI) are preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple batches and adapt to agile schedules
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring cybersecurity professionals

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
