ü Obtain statutory approvals, licences, NOCs, and permissions from various government authorities.
ü Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory departments for timely approvals.
ü Prepare, review, and submit architectural drawings, applications, and supporting documents.
ü Possess sound knowledge of applicable building regulations, CDCPR/UDCPR, and municipal by-laws to prepare and apply the same in municipal drawings.
ü Follow up with authorities to resolve scrutiny remarks and secure approvals within project timelines.
ü Coordinate inspections and obtain final approvals such as Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC), Fire NOC, and other statutory clearances.
