Responsibilities
Understand and define the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Create content strategies based on the target audience.
Develop strong hooks and content ideas for Reels, posts, and videos.
Understand audience pain points, psychology, and buying behaviour.
Research competitors and current content trends.
Analyse content performance and improve strategies.
Work with the content and video editing team.
Requirements
Robust knowledge of ICP, Content Strategy & Hooks.
Valuable understanding of storytelling and audience psychology.
Creative and analytical thinking.
Valuable communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and AI tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
