About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first, business-driven Studio Business Manager who can own the growth, operations, and sales performance of our premium fitness studios.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, understands how to grow a business on the ground, leads teams confidently, and delivers exceptional experiences to premium clients.

What You’ll Own
Drive studio revenue & growth
Lead sales conversions, memberships, renewals & upsells
Build strategies to consistently increase footfall & revenue
Team Leadership & Management
Manage trainers, front-desk & ops staff
Motivate, guide and hold the team accountable for performance
Premium Client Experience
Handle high-value clients with confidence and professionalism
Ensure world-class service and relationship management
Backend Operations
Daily studio operations, reporting, coordination & follow-ups




Smooth functioning of schedules, systems & processes
Business Thinking
Identify prospects to grow the studio
Act like an owner, not just an employee

Who We’re Looking For
2–3 years minimum experience in:
Fitness industry OR
Team management + sales-driven roles
Robust sales mindset with real conversion experience
Comfortable dealing with premium clientele
Excellent communication skills – well-spoken & presentable
High ownership, accountability & decision-making ability
Young, vibrant, energetic personality
Someone who brings boss vibes, leadership presence & positivity

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
