About the Role

We are hiring a Data Analyst – CRM Specialist to manage and optimise our CRM systems (Monday.com and similar platforms), build automations using AI tools, and support data-driven decision-making for our UK-based operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM boards/workflows on Monday.com (and other CRM tools)
Build automations to streamline repetitive tasks using AI tools
Clean, organise and analyse data to generate actionable insights
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
Troubleshoot CRM issues and suggest process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Requirements




Excellent written and spoken English (UK English preferred)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning recent software tools quickly
Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Prior experience with CRM tools or data analysis preferred

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management tools
Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools
