Job Summary

Mind Meadow is looking for a qualified and dedicated Special Educator to work with children requiring academic, behavioural, developmental, and learning support within a multidisciplinary clinical setup. The candidate should be capable of planning individualized educational interventions and working collaboratively with therapists, psychologists, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individualized special education sessions for children with developmental and learning needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on each child’s requirements
Work on academic skills, cognitive development, behaviour management, social interaction, and adaptive functioning
Maintain session records, progress reports, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behavioural therapists for integrated intervention planning
Guide parents regarding home strategies, academic support, and child progress




Create a structured, supportive, and child-friendly learning environment
Participate in case discussions, review meetings, and multidisciplinary planning sessions
Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications
B.Ed. in Special Education (Mandatory)
Valid RCI License/Registration (Mandatory)

Required Skills
Robust understanding of learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioural concerns
Positive communication and parent handling skills
Strong documentation and reporting abilities
Patience, empathy, and child-centred approach
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced multidisciplinary environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
