System Administration: Install, configure, and manage Windows/MacOS systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Network Administration: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
User Support: Provide technical support and train end-users.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Requirements:
Education:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in Windows environment.
Technical Skills:
Robust knowledge of Windows/ MacOS operating systems.
Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
