Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate management interviews.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Prepare and release job offers and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
Coordinate with departments to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
Valuable negotiation and candidate-management skills.
