Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of positions.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer acceptance and joining formalities.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
