Candidate Profile
We are looking for a fresher or junior-level candidate who has a positive understanding of basic accounting concepts and is interested in building a career in Accounts & Finance. Candidates with internship or practical exposure to Tally, Excel, GST or accounting work will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS and basic tax-related documentation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation.
Assist in preparing basic MIS and accounting reports.
Support senior accountants during monthly closing, audits and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and banks for accounting-related requirements.
