Location: Near MM Fun City, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to 80,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting, financial operations, statutory compliances, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Handle general accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Handle banking activities, payments, transactions, and bank coordination.
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and accurate financial records.




Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of books of accounts.
Assist management with financial analysis and accounting decisions.

Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory returns, Balance Sheet, banking, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and team-management skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
