Sore Responsibilities
Quality Planning: Implement the project Quality Control Plan and establish standard inspection checklists.
Site Inspections: Conduct daily physical inspections of ongoing civil, structural, and finishing works against approved drawings.
Material Testing: Supervise and log mandatory in office and laboratory material testing (concrete cube tests, steel tensile tests, soil compaction).
Inflow Control: Inspect incoming raw materials to verify quality and validate supplier test certificates.
Defect Tracking: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for substandard work and monitor immediate corrective actions.
Documentation: Maintain all quality logs, test reports, and checklists required for final project handover.
