Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze day-to-day, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and statements to support business decision-making.
Manage general ledger activities, including bank reconciliations, sub-ledger to GL reconciliation, and review of journal entries.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, tax filings, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.
Oversee and maintain complete books of accounts, from daily accounting entries to finalization.
Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and ensure data accuracy across financial records.
Provide guidance, review work, and mentor junior accounting team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
Robust hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.
Sound knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates who have pursued or completed CMA / CA / CS (Inter) or relevant internships.
Experience in independently handling complete books of accounts, including audits and tax compliance.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
