Role Overview

We're hiring a Career Development Executive/Officer for an end-to-end sales role — from cold outreach to closing enrolments. If you're a driven communicator who thrives on targets and enjoys helping working specialists take the next step in their careers, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from leads on our CRM (LeadSquared) to build a robust pipeline of genuine prospects
Understand each prospect's upskilling needs and career goals to recommend the right program fit
Counsel prospective students on our program offerings via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings




Drive the complete sales cycle — from first contact to closure
Consistently meet daily activity targets and weekly/monthly enrolment goals

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or counselling is a plus (freshers with the right attitude may also apply, depending on role level)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a rapid-paced, high-volume outreach role
Age up to 35 years

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
