Job Responsibilities
Handle recruitment for automobile service centres and vehicle showrooms.
Source candidates for roles such as:
Technician
Service Advisor
Sales Executive
Bodyshop Advisor
CRE
Workshop & Showroom Staff
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Candidate Requirements
Must have automobile industry recruitment experience.
Experience in vehicle service centre,
workshop or automobile showroom hiring preferred.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of automobile job roles.
Should be comfortable working independently from home.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Experience
1–3 years in Automobile Recruitment / HR Recruitment preferred.
Salary
As per experience and interview.
Work From Home | Automobile Background Mandatory
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
