Candidate Profile:
5–8 years B2B / field-sales experience.
Minimum 2–3 years of team-handling experience.
Salon / beauty / wellness industry sales experience strongly preferred.
Existing Mumbai salon network is highly desirable.
Proven track record of target achievement.
Strong closing, negotiation and people-management skills.
Comfortable working with CRM, dashboards and daily performance metrics.

Role Objective:

Lead the Mumbai QueuStyle field-sales team and be directly accountable for achieving paid subscription targets across salons, beauty parlours and spas.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach and monitor 10 field-sales executives.
Allocate Mumbai territories and prospect databases.
Conduct morning target reviews and end-of-day performance reviews.
Accompany executives for significant salon meetings and closures.
Ensure robust product pitch and demo quality.
Help executives overcome objections and close subscriptions.

Decision-maker meetings
Demos
Trials
Follow-ups
Proposals
Paid subscriptions
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.




Identify high-potential salon chains and personally assist in key-account closures.
Coordinate with onboarding/technical teams after sale.
Train current executives on QueuStyle, competitive positioning and commercial terms.
Monitor competitor offerings and market feedback.
Ensure the team sells on business value, not simply discounting price.

Suggested Team Targets:

After ramp-up:

Individual Executive: 8–10 paid subscriptions/month

10-member Team: approximately 80–100 subscriptions/month

The Team Leader should carry both:

Team target + selected key-account closure responsibility.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Team Performance Incentive + Accelerator for Overachievement

The Team Leader’s variable compensation should depend on:
Overall team subscription achievement
Collection/payment achievement
Multi-location/key-account closures
Target overachievement

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
