Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness of stewarding areas, kitchen floors, storage spaces, and waste-disposal stations.
Segregate and dispose of waste safely in line with hygiene and environmental procedures.
Support the kitchen and service teams by supplying clean equipment promptly.
Keep cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery safely stored and used according to instructions.
Report damaged equipment, breakages, shortages, and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Follow food-safety, hygiene, workplace-safety, and hotel/restaurant standards at all times.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and receiving supplies when required.
Help set up and break down banquet, event, or service areas as assigned
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
