Key Responsibilities
Oversee manufactured product quality, ensuring defect-free output that complies with manufacturing, engineering, and government standards.
Manage supplier qualification, selection, readiness, and performance metrics (Safety/TRIR, Quality/PPM, CoPQ).
Coordinate and execute component qualifications (PPAP), maintain QDA documentation, and target a 100% on-time PPAP closing rate.
Assist Lead SQDs with audits, urgent Non-Conformances (NCs), and risk escalations.
Submit monthly activity reports and provide status updates to the PPAP master planner.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of 5S, APQP, PPAP, SQIP, Quality Assurance, and Supplier Development.
Background in automotive or related manufacturing industries.
Skills in team management, planning, communication, and material handling.
