Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will take complete ownership of building and scaling the Sales Department at HLBR Corp. The candidate will be responsible for creating the sales strategy, building the team, establishing processes and driving revenue growth from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, business-building role for someone who can work independently and build a sales function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and structure the Sales Department from scratch.

· Develop and execute the overall Sales & Business Growth strategy.

· Identify recent markets, customer segments, sales channels and revenue prospects.

· Build, hire, train and lead the Sales team.

· Set sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures and performance standards.

· Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.

· Build and manage the sales pipeline and improve conversion.

· Establish sales processes, SOPs, reporting and performance tracking systems.

· Drive market expansion and business development.

· Analyse sales data,



customer trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

· Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology and senior management.

· Continuously improve sales performance, productivity and scalability.

Requirements

· 6–8 years of relevant Sales / Business Development experience – Mandatory.

· Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

· Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development and Team Leadership.

· Experience in building or scaling a Sales function will be highly preferred.

· Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.

· Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of results.

· E-commerce / Quick Commerce / D2C / Marketplace / Retail-Tech experience will be an added advantage.

· Solid builder mindset with the ability to create processes and teams from the ground up.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
