Perform mechanical assembly of screen printing machines and special purpose machines (SPMs) as per engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Carry out fitting activities such as drilling, tapping, reaming, cutting, grinding, and alignment of small and large machine components.
Assemble sub-assemblies and complete machine systems with proper dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Undertake sheet metal fitting, mounting, and fabrication-related work required during machine assembly.
dentify and report any defects, shortages, or non-conforming parts to the concerned department.
Install pneumatic, mechanical, and other machine elements as per design specifications.
Conduct machine testing and trial runs to ensure smooth operation and proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues identified during assembly and testing.




Coordinate with the electrical, design, and quality teams to complete machines within scheduled timelines.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in positive condition and follow all safety procedures.
Prepare machines for dispatch, including final checks and dismantling if required.
Visit customer sites for machine installation, commissioning, servicing, and breakdown support.
Provide technical support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer demonstrations.
Ensure adherence to company quality standards, SOPs, and 5S practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
