We are looking for a skilled and passionate Orthopedic/ Sports Physiotherapist to join our energetic Clinical team at Synchrony Health, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injury management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries
Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions
Provide post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic surgeries (e.g., ACL repair, joint replacement)
Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and coaches
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes
Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and evidence-based practices

Requirements:




Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physiotherapy
Valid registration with the State Medical Council / Physiotherapy Council
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques (Maitland, Mulligan, McKenzie, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications:
MPT in Orthopedics or Sports Physiotherapy
Certification in Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, or Sports Rehabilitation
Experience working with professional athletes or sports teams

Location: Delhi (In-person)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
