Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
Arrange campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
Identify suitable job opportunities for students based on their skills and qualifications.
Prepare students for interviews through training sessions, mock interviews, and resume building.
Coordinate with HR teams of companies for hiring requirements and candidate selection.
Maintain placement records and generate reports on student employment status.
Guide students regarding career prospects and industry trends.
Promote training programs and certifications to improve employability.
Ensure timely communication between students and employers.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
MBA / HR specialization preferred (optional but advantageous)

Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with robust communication skills may apply)
Experience in HR, recruitment, or training institutes preferred

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
