Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions, understand their requirements, provide appropriate information, and ensure a positive client experience. Candidates with customer support and sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information regarding our legal services.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
Coordinate with the legal and internal teams to address client queries.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and leads.
Convert qualified leads into appointments or potential business opportunities.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with clients.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
Candidates with experience in sales or lead conversion will be preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
