We are looking for an experienced and skilled FFS Packing Machine Operator to join our Production / Packing team.
Position
FFS Packing Machine Operator
Qualification
ITI preferred
Candidates with relevant hands-on FFS machine operating experience will also be considered
Experience
2–3 years of experience in FFS/VFFS packing machine operation, preferably in the Food / FMCG / Packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor FFS packing machines efficiently.
Set and adjust machine parameters according to product and pouch requirements.
Ensure accurate filling weight, proper pouch formation, sealing and cutting.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime and packing material wastage.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine cleaning/maintenance.
Check packed products for leakage, sealing defects and weight variation.
Maintain production and machine records.
Follow GMP, food hygiene, safety procedures and company SOPs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the packing area.
