Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding UK universities, courses, entry requirements, and study opportunities.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Recommend suitable courses and universities based on student profiles.
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications/admissions.
Guide students through the application and admission process.
Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives when required.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
Achieve individual and branch-level admission targets.
Provide regular updates and support to students throughout the application process.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in UK student counselling or UK education handling is mandatory.




Positive knowledge of the UK education system and university admission process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in an overseas education consultancy will be an added advantage.
