We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Monitor patients and report any changes in behaviour or condition to the nursing staff
Support patients during withdrawal, emotional distress, and recovery
Assist doctors and nurses with routine patient care
Maintain ward cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline
Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols
Support patients in therapy sessions and recreational activities
Assist in handling emergencies under the supervision of medical/nursing staff

Eligibility
Minimum Plus Two / GDA / ANM / relevant healthcare qualification
Previous experience in hospital, psychiatric, or de-addiction care is preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and ability to handle challenging situations
Willingness to work in shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
