Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer communication, service-related queries, order follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Candidates must have work experience in a manufacturing company. Experience from any manufacturing industry is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day customer calls, emails, and service-related queries.
Respond to customer requirements and provide timely support.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other internal departments.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, dispatches, and pending requirements.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.
Keep customers updated regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth and timely customer service.
Maintain proper records of customer communication and service requests.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned department.
Support the team in maintaining positive customer relationships and customer satisfaction.





Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
Any manufacturing industry is acceptable.
Candidates with Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Coordination, Order Coordination, Client Coordination, or similar experience can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
Ability to handle customers professionally and coordinate with multiple departments.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
