Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Vesu, Surat
Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome too)
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Key Responsibilities -
Generate new student admissions through direct and indirect marketing activities.
Conduct educational seminars, promotional activities.
Identify and develop current business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate clients.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, and conversions in CRM.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions,



and career guidance events. Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
Provide timely reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Required Skills -
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
Strong interpersonal, Negotiation skill and Relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in meeting recent people and conducting presentations.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Intermediate level computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile -
Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Passion for achieving targets and growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
